Junghwan Song is a patent attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee IP. Since joining the firm in 2025, he has handled patent prosecutions in the life science and food engineering areas.

Mr. Song deals with all aspects of patent prosecutions on behalf of domestic and foreign clients such as companies, universities and research institutes, focusing on the fields of biotechnology, food technology, diagnostics, and pharmaceuticals.

He graduated from Seoul National University with a major in Horticultural Science and Biotechnology and a minor in Applied Life Chemistry, and passed the Korean Patent Bar Exam in 2021.
