Bae, Kim & Lee LLC is a limited liability law firm incorporated under the Attorney-at-law Act, and if an attorney assigned by BKL to a case has intentionally or negligently caused damage to its client in disposing of the case, the assigned attorney, the partner that directly directs and supervises the assigned attorney, and BKL will be jointly and severally liable for the damage in accordance with the Attorney-at-law Act.
