Mr. Lee earned an LL.B. degree in Law from Seoul National University in 2003. After completing the 39th Judicial Research and Training Institute course, he joined BKL in 2010. As an intellectual property lawyer, he has represented major clients in various domestic and foreign technical areas, including battery, semiconductor, display, pharmaceutical & bio, chemical, shipbuilding and power plants, and has performed various legal and advisory services in dispute cases involving the infringement of intellectual property rights (including patent right, copyright, trademark, etc.), the infringement of trade secrets and national core technologies, and export restrictions on critical advanced technologies, including national core technologies and strategic materials, international IP disputes, IP transactions (M&A, Licensing), unfair competition disputes and entertainment-related business, etc.
