Overview
Dayoung Oh brings extensive experience in corporate restructuring to help clients navigate complex legal challenges. Ms. Oh advises and represents clients across a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including rehabilitation proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, and out-of-court workouts. She also regularly advises clients on Korea Exchange listing matters, financial regulatory issues, and M&A transactions arising in distressed situations.
Ms. Oh earned a B.S. in Consumer Science from Seoul National University, a J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law, and an LL.M. from Columbia University Law School. During her secondment at Mayer Brown LLP in New York, she gained experience in U.S. insolvency matters, including Chapter 11 proceedings. Ms. Oh is admitted to practice in Korea and New York.
