Overview
Seung Yo Lee is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. For 16 years of successful practice, Ms. Lee has dealt with a wide range of matters relating to mergers & acquisitions, overseas investment, overseas resource development, management right disputes and private equity funds.
Ms. Lee received her LL.M. degree from New York University in 2010, and her LL.B. degree from Seoul National University in 2000. She completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute course in 2004.
