Overview
Youngmin Kim has gained extensive experience at a labor law firm, advising corporate clients on HR and labor matters, as well as handling cases before the Labor Relations Commission and petitions filed with the Ministry of Employment and Labor. He has also provided a wide range of consulting services on HR and wage system reforms and on fostering cooperative labor-management relations. In addition, drawing on his experience as an in-house certified public labor attorney and his broad understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations, Mr. Kim currently focuses his practice at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC on advice on corporate HR and labor matters, industrial accidents and occupational safety, and compliance with the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, representation in unfair dismissal and labor petition cases, response to in-house subcontracting and illegal dispatch, response to wage claims including ordinary wages, corporate restructuring and HR systems, consulting on the Yellow Envelope Act, participation in collective bargaining committees, advice on labor-management relations, and ESG-related matters, covering the full spectrum of HR and labor practice areas.
