Yoon Hyun (Allison) Cho is a senior foreign attorney in the Finance Group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Ms. Cho advises private credit funds, investment firms, asset managers, banks and other financial institutions, as well as companies at every stage of growth, from high-growth ventures to multinational corporations, on complex cross-border financing transactions. Her practice covers leveraged and acquisition financings, private credit and direct lending, syndicated facilities, project and infrastructure finance, asset-based lending, structured finance (including NAV, warehouse, and repurchase facilities), royalty financings, venture debt, and distressed credit.

Before joining BKL, Ms. Cho practiced for a decade in New York at two leading U.S. law firms, Milbank LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she led execution on financing transactions ranging from middle-market facilities to multi-billion-dollar syndicated financings across the financial, energy and infrastructure, real estate, healthcare, life sciences, technology, consumer, and media sectors.

Ms. Cho is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and writes regularly on cross-border finance and market developments.

Ms. Cho received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and her B.S., A.B. from Duke University. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
