Yongsoo Kim provides specialized legal advisory services primarily in the areas of energy and infrastructure asset management, capital markets, project finance, taxation, and corporate governance.

Mr. Kim is a legal professional who is also a certified public accountant and a licensed tax accountant. Having worked at both an accounting firm and a law firm, he is a practice-oriented expert who has led investment strategies on the front lines of Yeouido's financial market for the past 15 years. In particular, based on his extensive hands-on experience at Daewoo Securities (now Mirae Asset Securities) and at Energy and Infrastructure Asset Management Co., Ltd. within the Mirae Asset Group, he offers highly practical solutions by combining a deep understanding of financial business and quantitative analysis.

Mr. Kim graduated from Korea University with a degree in Business Administration, completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate from Konkuk University Graduate School of Real Estate.
