Kugil Song has approximately six years of experience performing design and construction work for petrochemical plants at the Engineering Division of SK Chemicals. Thereafter, he worked for about 30 years at the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, where he carried out duties such as certification of hazardous machinery and equipment, risk assessments, KOSHA-MS audits, and safety diagnosis, and from 2018, served in the Accident Investigation Board at headquarters, where he conducted investigations into major large-scale serious industrial accidents in Korea.
Based on his extensive hands-on experience in industrial accident prevention and accident investigation, Mr. Song is engaged in industrial safety consulting and response to serious industrial accidents at BKL.
