Derek Dongryul Lee is a distinguished expert in corporate law with a primary focus on fair trade practice, spanning M&A, real estate, and virtual assets. His practice encompasses the full spectrum of fair trade matters, including the abuse of market dominating position, business combinations, illegal cartel conduct and unfair trade practices.
