Min Kyong Cho focuses her practice on international taxation, transfer pricing, tax audits, and tax advisory. She previously served as Specialist Member in the International Legal Affairs Division of the Legal Affairs Bureau at the Ministry of Justice, where she provided legal support for the field of international trade and transactions and handled international legal affairs. She then worked as a deputy director in the Office of International Taxation at the National Tax Service. During her tenure there, she led the team responsible for conducting mutual agreement procedures and managing advance pricing arrangements, handling significant tax matters with key European jurisdictions, including France, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany. She also oversaw OECD-related tax matters—covering, among others, transfer pricing, exchange of information, and country-by-country reporting—and contributed to international tax administration policy design and related rulemaking, developing a deep understanding of the overall international tax administration framework. Most recently, she served as in-house counsel experience at Samsung Heavy Industries, gaining hands-on corporate experience—now equipped with broad expertise across the full spectrum of international transactions.
