Min Sun Kang focuses her practice particularly on M&A and general corporate matters. She received her B.A. in Sociology from Seoul National University and earned her J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law. Following her admission to the Korean Bar in 2025, she joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
