Overview

Based on his convergent expertise in law, finance, and technology, Pansoo Kim has provided a wide range of legal advice on behalf of domestic and foreign financial institutions, investors, and business owners in various fields such as energy and infrastructure project development and project financing (PF), real estate development and real estate transactions, establishment of public and private equity funds and REITs, and structuring of alternative investments for institutional investors.

Mr. Kim has provided legal advice on permits and licenses, business structure design, financial agreements, and investment contracts in various large-scale projects such as renewable energy (solar, wind power, and fuel cells, etc.), social infrastructure (ports, sewage recycling, and waste disposal, etc.), and digital infrastructure.

Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Mr. Kim worked at Jipyong LLC for approximately 11 years, pioneering the field of energy and infrastructure finance, and before that, worked as an alternative investment fund manager at Korea Investment Trust Management for 8 years, managing alternative investment funds, and for the previous 3 years, he was in charge of mobile network-based product development at SK Telecom. Based on this experience, he is recognized as an expert who presents creative and practical solutions even in cases with complex interests.
