Ms. Kim has gained extensive practical experience in financial regulation during her service at the Financial Supervisory Service, where her work encompassed advising and litigating on financial investment and capital markets matters, drafting and amending financial laws and regulations, reviewing new financial products, examining financial transaction terms and conditions, handling licensing and registration of electronic financial businesses, and advising on and contributing to institutional improvements under the Act on the Protection of Financial Consumers and the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.
