Overview
Myung Soo Ahn's practice focuses on regulatory consulting and administrative litigation related to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
Mr. Ahn served at the Korea Testing Laboratory and the Ministry of Health and Welfare, where he participated in enacting the Medical Devices Act and its subordinate statutes. He was also involved in establishing the relief system for adverse drug reactions at the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. For approximately 30 years, he has been responsible for practical affairs and policy-making in the fields of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. In addition, he studied regulatory science in the United States and has worked in hospitals and pharmacies, thereby gaining experience across a wide range of sectors.
