Woo Hyuk Choi's primary areas of practice include regulatory advisory services—particularly in responding to government ministries and the National Assembly—as well as domestic litigation such as administrative and constitutional litigation. Mr. Choi graduated from the Department of Economics at Seoul National University and Korea University School of Law, and was admitted to the 11th Korean Bar. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy at the Graduate School of Public Administration at Seoul National University. After completing his military service as a Judge Advocate in the Army, Mr. Choi has been working at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC since 2025.
