Minjin Kim's primary areas of practice include patent trials, intellectual property litigation and advisory services, licensing and IP transactions, and matters pertaining to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Mr. Kim earned his B.S. in Biotechnology from Korea University and his J.D. from Kyung Hee University Law School. Before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, he served for three years as a patent attorney at a patent law firm and for two years as a judicial technical examiner specializing in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology at the Patent Court of Korea. Mr. Kim is currently a member of BKL's IP Group, where he handles IP-related matters, drawing on his technical background and extensive experience in the field..
