Tae Yoon Lim is a foreign attorney in Bae, Kim & Lee LLC's Finance Practice Group. Mr. Lim focuses his practice mainly on structured finance, capital markets and overseas investment.
After his admission to the New York Bar in 2023, Mr. Lim worked in the Tax Practice Group of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP's New York office, advising global investment banks on the issuance of structured products and the U.S. tax law.
