Yong Man Kim served for 33 years in the police force, primarily handling investigations and criminal affairs at Songpa Police Station under the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, as well as at the Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency (Investigations/cybercrime), Yongin Dongbu Police Station, and Yongin Seobu Police Station. Mr. Kim has extensive experience in investigative practice and command across various areas, including major violent and white-collar crimes, such as an overseas insurance fraud case involving self-inflicted injuries, the murder of a loan shark couple, a multi-level marketing scheme, and a case involving the acquisition of non-performing corporate loans by a loan shark.
