Su Bin Kim has extensive practical experience primarily in corporate HR and labor relations. At LG Chem, she worked in the Organizational Culture Development Team, where she was responsible for the implementation of HR systems, disciplinary investigations, and organizational culture-related matters. During her tenure at a labor law firm, she advised companies on HR and labor matters and handled cases before the Labor Relations Commission and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, as well as workplace harassment and sexual harassment investigations, diagnostics of external workforce arrangements (subcontracting and dispatch), and responses to collective bargaining and labor relations issues.
Currently, at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Ms. Kim handles a broad range of matters, including advice on corporate HR and labor matters, representation in cases before the Labor Relations Commission and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, workplace harassment and sexual harassment investigations, advice on ordinary wages and wage systems, responses to in-house subcontracting and illegal dispatch as well as the “Yellow Envelope Act,” restructuring and HR system reforms, and consulting on collective bargaining and labor relations.
