Minyoung Jeon focuses his practice mainly on litigation and advisory services for HR and labor matters, including dismissal and disciplinary measures, dispatch of workers, compliance with laws and regulations on serious industrial accidents and industrial safety.

Mr. Jeon earned a B.S. in environmental health from Korea University and a J.D. from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Law School. Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, he worked for the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Center of Samsung Electronics for three years. Mr. Jeon draws on his engineering knowledge and practical experience to provide outstanding services in various labor and criminal defense cases in relation to serious industrial accident and industrial safety, in-house subcontracting, and response to supervisory authorities.
