Hyemi Lee obtained a certified public labor attorney license in 2016, and has built up her work experience in the areas of consulting services regarding corporate HR and labor, personnel management system and occupational safety and health at a labor law firm. Based on her extensive understanding of, and practical experience in, labor-related laws and regulations, she earned a J.D. from the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies School of Law and was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2024. She currently works at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC as an attorney-at-law specializing in the areas of HR and compliance such as litigations involving ordinary wages in the financial sector and large manufacturing companies, workers dispatch, labor-management relations, corporate restructuring, dismissal and disciplinary actions, and workplace harassment.
