William Kwon is a foreign attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Kwon's practice mainly focuses on general corporate matters and corporate mergers and acquisitions. After graduating from the Division of Business Administration of Yonsei University, he served as General Editor at the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and as an Associate at the Legal Information Institute of Cornell Law School, and earned his J.D. degree from Cornell Law School. Since then, he has advised multinational clients on cross-border M&A and PE matters.
