Mr. Le graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2017 and completed the lawyer training course of Judicial Academy in 2022. He was licensed by the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam to practice law in the country and was admitted to the Ho Chi Minh City Bar in early 2024.
