Sangchul Cho is an attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Cho is a former prosecutor who served as chief prosecutor of the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office.

Mr. Cho earned a LL.B. from Seoul National University in 1992 and completed the 23rd Judicial Research and Training Institute course in 1994, and he was appointed as a prosecutor at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office in March 1997 after completing his military duties as a judge advocate. Thereafter, Mr. Cho served as a senior prosecutor, deputy chief prosecutor, chief district prosecutor, and chief high prosecutor at various prosecutors' offices across the country for more than 24 years and three months until his retirement as chief prosecutor of the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office in June 2021. His practice focuses on criminal affairs, and based on the high level of expertise and know-how he has accumulated over the years as a prosecutor, he is responsible for multifaceted factual analysis and legal review of criminal cases as well as response to investigation at BKL.
