Sean Jeong is a senior foreign attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, advising Korean and multinational clients on regulatory and corporate matters, with a particular focus on data protection and privacy, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), artificial intelligence, gaming, and healthcare and life sciences. He regularly advises  clients on matters involving Korean regulators, including the Personal Information Protection Commission and the Korea Media Communication Commission, and advises on compliance under the privacy, video games, telecommunications, healthcare, and AI regulations.

Mr. Jeong earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2014, and worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, LG Display Co., Ltd. and Lunit Inc.
