Jung Hyun Bae is well-versed in trial practice, having accumulated her experience from presiding over cases in various fields, including civil, criminal, administrative, tax, claim, and preservation proceedings during her service as judge of various courts, including the Supreme Court of Korea, Seoul High Court, and Seoul Central District Court. In particular, Ms. Bae has delved into, and dealt with, multiple criminal, administrative and tax cases such as major economic crimes, corporate criminal affairs, and violations of the Capital Markets Act, the Public Official Election Act, and the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act while serving as research judge (presiding judge) at the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Korea for three years starting from 2017, and high court judge at the Chambers of Criminal Cases (election) and Administrative Cases (Tax) of the Seoul High Court for four years since 2020, prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee in 2024.
