Sukhyun Park advises on a wide array of tax matters, such as tax investigation and petition of dissatisfaction, and amendment to tax-related laws & regulations, based on his 22 years of experience in national tax administration and all the various experience and knowledge he has accumulated working in multiple national institutions, including Tax and Customs Office of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Canada Revenue Agency, and the Ministry of ICT.

Mr. Park started his career in the public sector after passing the 38th National Higher Civil Service Examination on Government Administration. He served as, among others, the director for International Tax Resources of NTS, the assistant commissioner of Compliance & Risk Management Bureau of NTS Gwangju Regional Office, the director for Taxpayer Advocacy Bureau of NTS Jungbu Regional Office, and the director for VAT Department of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. After his promotion to a high-ranking public official, he served in major positions, including the assistant commissioner of Investigation Bureau 3 of NTS Jungbu Regional Office, the same position at NTS Seoul Regional Office, and the assistant commissioner of Earned Income Tax Bureau. Mr. Park concluded his public sector career as the commissioner of NTS Gwangju Regional Office.
