Sun Kyoung Park focuses her practice mainly on overall corporate finance, corporate restructuring, M&A, private equity, HR and labor, compliance, and anti-corruption. Ms. Park has worked for the Korea Development Bank in the areas of legal affairs, international finance, and M&A, been in charge of structured finance business at Seoul branch of Citibank, N.A., and practiced as a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. She has worked as chief compliance officer and thereafter chief operating officer of the Korea Development Bank.

Ms. Park graduated from Seoul National University (LL.B.) and Northwestern Pritzker School of Law (LL.M.) and was admitted to the New York Bar.
