After passing the 38th National Higher Civil Service Examination on Government Administration, Mr. Kim engaged in various construction and transportation-related business, including real estate transactions, real estate development and land expropriation, city planning and land use regulation, real estate financing (REITs), railway and road construction and safety management, and motor vehicles management and insurance, at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for more than 25 years.
