Overview
Kyongwon Seo's practice focuses on civil and criminal lawsuits. Mr.Seo served as a judge for 18 years until he retired as presiding judge from Jeongeup Branch of Jeonju District Court in 2023. As a judge, he took charge of various trials including civil, criminal, and insolvency cases, preservation-related lawsuits, and non-contentious litigation cases. In addition, he conducted studies on administrative procurement contracts, in particular on bidding disputes while attending graduate school master's course and overseas training course for judges.
