As Secretary General of the ICCA, Mr. Kim’s tasks will include mediating interests and viewpoints of the member countries of the ICCA, and organization of ICCA programs including the international conferences that draw keen interest in the dispute resolution community and bring significant contributions to development in field. Founded over 40 years ago, the ICCA is comprised of Council Members who are recognized specialists in dispute resolution. ICCA publications, prepared in cooperation with the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague, include the Yearbook of Commercial Arbitration. A United Nations-accredited nongovernmental organization, the ICCA took part in preparation of the Arbitration Rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, the UNCITRAL Conciliation Rules and the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration. |
